The Nigerian Directorate of Technical Aid Corps scheme runs through the concept of a legal instrument popularly refers to as TAC country agreement. The TAC agreement represents the legal framework, which spells out the obligations and responsibilities of both Nigeria and the recipient countries.
PARTICIPATION IN THE DTAC SCHEME
Participation in the DTAC scheme is opened to all Nigerian with 3 years of post NYSC experience. Volunteers can participate once in the scheme. Recruitment into the DTAC scheme is rigid and meticulous.
